Youth – Educational Outcomes
The work in our Youth theme is currently focused on empowering young people by improving opportunity, quality and equity in education.
Education is a powerful force for breaking cycles of disadvantage. It serves as a crucial safeguard for future employment, good health, social connection and participation in society.
Education policy is now promoting research-based teaching practice but challenges remain in ensuring this reaches classrooms. Schools and teachers need significant support to shift to the evidence-based practice that has been shown to uplift student outcomes.
We are looking for partners that share our vision for improving student outcomes through evidence-based education.

Individual Grants
Individual grants are open all year round, subject to eligibility and volume.
The Snow Foundation provides help to individuals in Canberra and the surrounding region through their referring doctor or caseworker by offering small donations of up to $2,000 to help with the purchase of equipment or medical and social support services.
