Right to Work

Right to Work believes every young person deserves the chance to work, learn and be part of their community. Based in Goulburn, they support young adults with complex disabilities to build confidence, develop new skills and take steps toward employment. Their programs are practical and community-based. From microbusiness pop-ups in the local CBD to placements with local employers - including council libraries, parks, cafés and small businesses - learners are gaining real experience in supportive environments. Tailored learning plans and learning support help participants grow skills while showing employers the value of inclusive workplaces. Families are also seeing the change, as young people discover new strengths and a sense of pride in what they contribute. Snow is pleased to support Right to Work as they create opportunities that benefit young people, families and the whole community.
