2026 Lead the Way cohort celebrates six months of growth and connection

The 2026 Lead the Way cohort gathered on Gadigal Country for their closing retreat, celebrating six months of learning, growth and connection.
Lead the Way is our flagship leadership program, bringing together leaders from our partner organisations for masterclasses, retreats and coaching. The program creates space for participants to strengthen their leadership, learn from one another and build meaningful connections with others working across the community sector.
The closing retreat was an opportunity for the cohort to reflect on their time together and the relationships built throughout the program. Thank you to each of our 2026 participants for the openness and generosity that created such a trusting environment. It is a privilege to support your critical work in the community.
